Method
Egg Rolls

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Assemble Egg Rolls
Place a wrapper on a clean surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center. Fold the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped green onions and garlic powder until well combined.

Assemble Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 teaspoon of the filling to the center. Wet the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal.

Fry the Wontons
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the wontons until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Beef Strings

Cook the Beef
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef strips for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
BBQ Pork

Marinate Pork
Coat the pork tenderloin in the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cook the Pork
Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pork for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Crab Rangoon

In a bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 tablespoon of the crab filling to the center. Wet the edges, fold over to create a triangle, and seal.

Fry the Crab Rangoon
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the crab rangoon until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Appetizer Shrimp

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
