Egg Rolls

Method

Egg Rolls

  1. 1

    Prepare Filling

In a bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Assemble Egg Rolls

Place a wrapper on a clean surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center. Fold the bottom over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

  3. 3

    Fry the Egg Rolls

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Fried Wontons

  1. 4

    Prepare Filling

In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped green onions and garlic powder until well combined.

  2. 5

    Assemble Wontons

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 teaspoon of the filling to the center. Wet the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press to seal.

  3. 6

    Fry the Wontons

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the wontons until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Beef Strings

  1. 7

    Marinate Beef

In a bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 8

    Cook the Beef

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef strips for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

BBQ Pork

  1. 9

    Prepare Marinade

Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl.

  2. 10

    Marinate Pork

Coat the pork tenderloin in the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 11

    Cook the Pork

Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pork for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Crab Rangoon

  1. 12

    Prepare Filling

In a bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.

  2. 13

    Assemble Crab Rangoon

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add 1 tablespoon of the crab filling to the center. Wet the edges, fold over to create a triangle, and seal.

  3. 14

    Fry the Crab Rangoon

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the crab rangoon until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Appetizer Shrimp

  1. 15

    Marinate Shrimp

In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and olive oil. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 16

    Cook the Shrimp

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
