Cooking Noodles

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add Salt
Once the water is boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water to enhance the flavor of the noodles.

Cook Noodles
Add the 8 oz of Lo Mein noodles to the boiling water, stirring gently to separate any strands that may stick together.

Boil Noodles
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes, until they are soft and chewy.

Drain Noodles
Once cooked, carefully drain the noodles in a colander to remove excess water.
Serving

Plate Noodles
Transfer the drained Lo Mein noodles to a serving dish and fluff them gently with a fork to separate any remaining strands.
