Method

Preparation

  1. 1

Gather all ingredients and prepare them by slicing the beef, chicken, and onion, and peeling and deveining the shrimp.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch mixed with water to create the sauce.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Proteins

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 4

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and add the sliced chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the beef.

  3. 5

Next, add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the other proteins.

  4. 6

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until translucent.

  5. 7

Return the cooked proteins to the skillet with the onions, then pour the prepared sauce over the mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serving

  1. 8

Serve the meat and onion mixture over crispy noodles. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
