Gather all ingredients and prepare them by slicing the beef, chicken, and onion, and peeling and deveining the shrimp.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch mixed with water to create the sauce.

Cook the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and add the sliced chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the beef.

Next, add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the other proteins.

Serve the meat and onion mixture over crispy noodles. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
