Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs until fully covered.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Sauce Base
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Chicken Broth and Honey
Pour in the chicken broth and add honey. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Gradually add this slurry to the simmering sauce, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Add Lemon Juice
Juice the fresh lemons and add the juice to the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and remove from heat.
Serving

Serve the Dish
Place the fried chicken breasts on plates and drizzle with the lemon sauce. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
