Egg Drop Soup

Prepare the broth
In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Thicken the broth
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the boiling broth and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Season the soup
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.

Wrap the rolls
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into the center. Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Pork Fried Rice

Cook the pork
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.

Add vegetables
Stir in the green peas and diced carrots, cooking until tender.

Add rice and season
Add the cooked rice to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed and heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Top with chopped green onions before serving.
Deep Fried Chicken

Prepare the coating
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the chicken
Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated. Shake off excess flour.

Heat the oil
In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the chicken
Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Chicken Lo-Mein

Cook the noodles
Cook the lo-mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Stir-fry the chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
