Egg Drop Soup

Prepare the Broth
In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.

Mix Cornstarch
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the simmering broth.

Season the Soup
Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped green onions.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
Egg Roll

Prepare Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Stir in the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Assemble Egg Rolls
Take an egg roll wrapper, place a spoonful of filling on it, and roll it tightly, sealing the edges with water.

Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
Pork Fried Rice

Cook Pork
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.

Stir in the diced carrots and green peas, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and stir in chopped green onions before serving.

Sweet & Sour Pork

Prepare Sauce
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add cubed pork and cook until browned.

Stir in chopped bell pepper and pineapple chunks, then pour the sauce over the top. Cook until heated through.

Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry, then add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce.

Chicken Lo-Mein

Cook the lo-mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.

Stir in sliced bell pepper and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
