Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Make sure to use fresh, cold water for the best flavor.

  2. 2

    Measure Tea and Jasmine

While the water is boiling, measure 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves and 1 tablespoon of dried jasmine flowers.

Brewing

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Once the water has reached a rolling boil, remove it from the heat. In a teapot or heatproof container, add the green tea leaves and dried jasmine flowers.

  2. 4

    Steep Tea

Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and jasmine flowers. Cover the teapot and let the mixture steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Serving

  1. 5

    Strain and Serve

After steeping, strain the tea into cups to remove the tea leaves and flowers. If desired, add honey or sugar to sweeten your jasmine tea to taste.

  2. 6

    Enjoy

Sip your fragrant jasmine tea while it's warm, and enjoy the soothing aroma and taste.
