Method
Preparing the Tea
Boil the Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Stir gently to combine.
Let it Steep
Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to fully develop.
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a heatproof container using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the tea leaves.

Serving the Tea
Prepare the Glass
In a tall glass, add 2 cups of ice cubes.
Pour the Tea
Pour the chilled sweetened Thai tea over the ice until the glass is nearly full.
Add Cream
Top the tea with 1 tablespoon of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk. You can adjust the quantity to taste.
Garnish and Serve
Give it a gentle stir to mix the milk with the tea, and enjoy your refreshing Thai iced tea!
