Slice the Beef
Thinly slice the beef against the grain into bite-sized strips.

Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Broccoli
While the beef is marinating, wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Make the Stir-Fry Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Broccoli
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

Combine and Finish Cooking
Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour the stir-fry sauce over the mixture and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
