Method

Vegetable Platter

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the carrots, celery, and cucumber into sticks or slices as preferred. Arrange them on a platter.

  2. 2

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and add them to the platter with the other vegetables.

  3. 3

    Serve with Dressing

Place the ranch dressing in a small bowl and serve alongside the vegetable platter.

Bruschetta

  1. 4

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into diagonal slices about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 5

    Make the Tomato Mixture

Chop the fresh tomatoes and basil, and mince the garlic. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. 6

    Toast the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.

  4. 7

    Assemble Bruschetta

Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices just before serving.

Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. 8

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

  2. 9

    Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and bread crumbs until well combined.

  3. 10

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

  4. 11

    Bake the Mushrooms

Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
