Prepare the Spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Add the capers, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.

Combine and Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Let it heat through for a couple of minutes. Serve the chicken piccata over the cooked spaghetti and spoon extra sauce on top.
