Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the fresh tomatoes, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic. If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Incorporate Artichokes and Olives
Stir in the artichoke hearts and black olives, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

Deglaze with White Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.

Add Marinara Sauce
Stir in the marinara sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer on low for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Finish with Fresh Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh chopped basil just before serving.
