Beef Tenderloin

Foie Gras

Pasta Carbonara

Seabean and Peppers

Method

Beef Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Season the Black Angus beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the beef on all sides until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Foie Gras

  1. 2

    Cook the Foie Gras

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the foie gras slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

Pasta Carbonara

  1. 3

    Prepare the Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, pancetta, garlic, and black pepper. Drain the pasta and quickly mix into the egg mixture while the pasta is still hot to create a creamy sauce.

Seabean and Peppers

  1. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add seabeans and baby bell peppers, season with salt, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
