Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and black pepper, then set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and cut the broccoli into florets. Chop the green onions and set everything aside.

Make the Brown Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside.
Cooking

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Cook the Shrimp
Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and add the shrimp in the center. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Combine and Sauce
Pour the brown sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add chopped green onions and give it a final stir before removing from heat.
