1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients. Make sure the cooked rice is cold or at room temperature, as this helps to achieve a better texture in fried rice.

2. Chop the Green Onions

Finely chop the green onions, separating the white parts from the green parts.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

4. Scramble the Eggs
