Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Dice the carrots and chop the green onions. Mince the garlic.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 4

    Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove the eggs and set aside with the pork.

  3. 5

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, diced carrots, and frozen green peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 6

    Combine All Ingredients

Return the cooked pork and scrambled eggs to the skillet. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 3-4 minutes.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Fried Rice

Taste and add additional salt and black pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
