Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp, rinsing them under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Chop Vegetables
Slice the bell pepper and julienne the carrot. Chop the green onions, keeping the white and green parts separate.

Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
