1. Prep Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients. Dice the chicken, beef, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions and cilantro.

2. Cook Proteins

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of sesame oil and the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside with the chicken and beef.

6. Season the Fried Rice

Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture. Add salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

7. Add Peas and Green Onions

Finally, add the green peas and sliced green onions. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
