Preparation

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the chicken breast, pork tenderloin, and bell peppers. Peel and devein the shrimp. Slice the carrots and prepare the broccoli florets and snap peas.

2. Marinate the Proteins

In a bowl, combine the chicken, pork, and shrimp with soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

3. Stir-fry the Proteins

In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated proteins and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.

4. Add the Vegetables

Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, sliced carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5. Serve

Serve the stir-fried protein and vegetables over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions.
