Preparation
- 1
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let them cool before dicing into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Blanch the broccoli
While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
Assembly
- 4
Mix the filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 5
Transfer to baking dish
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Topping

Add the toppings
In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese together. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the chicken and broccoli filling in the baking dish. Finally, top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- 7
Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
- 8
Cool and serve
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
