Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Strega Liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, heavy cream, egg white, and simple syrup. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
Add Ice and Shake Again
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Top with Soda
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with soda water. Gently stir to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Herbal Fizz!
