Prepare the Hibiscus Tea
Boil 1 cup of water and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes until the water turns a deep red color. Strain the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea and the mashed blackberries. Stir well to combine.

Add Sparkling Water
Slowly pour in the sparkling water to the mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation.

Serve
Pour the Blackberry Hibiscus Seltzer into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges if desired.
