Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the reposado tequila, mezcal, demerara syrup, Angostura bitters, and chocolate bitters. Fill the mixing glass with ice.

Stirring
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Straining
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnishing
Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then place it in the glass. Top with chocolate shavings.
