Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients including Milagro Silver Tequila, St. Germain, jalapeño, fresh lemon juice, white grape juice, ice, lemon wheel for garnish, and a sprig of cilantro.

  2. 2

    Slice the Jalapeño

Take the fresh jalapeño and slice it thinly. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds.

  3. 3

    Juicing the Lemon

Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain 0.5 oz of lemon juice. Strain if necessary to remove pulp.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Milagro Silver Tequila, 1 oz of St. Germain, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz of white grape juice, and the sliced jalapeño.

  2. 5

    Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup), secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Serving

  1. 6

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice. Optionally, you can use a fine mesh strainer to catch any jalapeño seeds.

  2. 7

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass and a sprig of fresh cilantro.
