Stuffed Mushroom Filling
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and chop the stems finely.
- 2
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 3
Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap generously with the filling mixture, pressing down lightly to ensure it's packed in.
- 4
Bake the Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm as an appetizer or side dish!
