Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Make the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until lightly golden. Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, cooking until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3
Add the Cheeses
Reduce the heat to low and add the sharp cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses to the sauce. Stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Lobster
Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce. Stir until everything is well combined and the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
- 5
Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
