Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mule cup or a highball glass with ice cubes.
Mix the Juices
In a shaker, combine the fresh pineapple juice and fresh lime juice. Shake well to mix.
Combine with Ginger Beer
Pour the juice mixture over the ice in the glass, then top with Fever-Tree ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
