In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef tenderloin, egg yolk, capers, shallots, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

2

Season to Taste

Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or mustard according to your preference.

3

Chill the Mixture

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Grilling Baguette

4

Preheat Grill

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

5

Grill the Baguette

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

6

Plate the Tartare

Spoon the beef tartare mixture onto a serving plate and garnish with chopped chives, cornichons, and parsley.

7

Serve with Baguette
