Salad Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. If the flavor is too strong, rinse the slices under cold water and drain well.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to mix.
