Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to make fries.

Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste while they are still hot.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
