Marinade and Chicken
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 2
Add Chicken to Marinade
Place the Jidori chicken pieces in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and juices run clear.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
