1. Prepare the Wasabi Mayo

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and wasabi until well combined. Adjust the wasabi to your taste.

2. Season the Tuna

Rub the Ahi tuna steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on all sides.

3. Sear the Tuna

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the seasoned tuna steak and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Slice the Tuna

Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. Then, slice it thinly against the grain.

5. Assemble the Wrap

On each tortilla wrap, spread a layer of wasabi mayo. Place lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and the sliced tuna on top. Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half.
