Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with your choice of sauce and sides.
