Burger Preparation

Prepare the Beef Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

Add Bleu Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place bleu cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked patties on the Hawaiian buns, top with sautéed mushrooms and crumbled bacon. Add any additional toppings as desired.
