Fill a large pot with water and add the salt. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

Carefully add the lobsters headfirst into the boiling water. Cover the pot and cook for about 8-10 minutes for the first lobster, and about 7-9 minutes for each additional lobster. The lobsters should turn bright red.
