Oreo Cheesecake Ingredients

Method

Oreo Cheesecake Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the crust

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  2. 2

    Make the cheesecake filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.

  3. 3

    Combine and bake

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly.

  4. 4

    Cool and chill

Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Top with 6 crushed Oreo cookies before slicing and serving.
