Imperial Stuffed Shrimp Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Stuffing

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, diced bell pepper, celery, and onion, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with bread crumbs, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Shrimp

Take a spoonful of the stuffing mixture and fill each shrimp, pressing gently to pack the stuffing in.

  5. 5

    Top with Cheese

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shrimp.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Imperial Stuffed Shrimp!
