Imperial Stuffed Chicken Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions for Imperial Stuffed Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes until well combined. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- 3
Stuff the Chicken
Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the prepared filling, using toothpicks to secure the opening if necessary.
- 4
Cook the Chicken
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5
Bake the Chicken
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
