Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a chilled martini glass and set aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, half n’ half, and Mexican chocolate bitters.

Shake and Strain
Shake well until chilled and strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish and Serve
Optional: garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
