Add Garlic and Sausage
Stir in minced garlic and sliced Andouille sausage. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Incorporate Duck and Spices
Add the smoked duck breast, Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, and okra. Stir well to combine.

Add Broth and Simmer
Pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Rice
While the gumbo simmers, rinse the white rice under cold water. In a separate pot, combine rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.

Serve the gumbo hot over a bed of seasoned white rice. Enjoy!
