Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the St. Germain and Peach Schnapps. Shake well until chilled.

Add Prosecco
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top it off with Prosecco.

Add 2 dashes of ginger bitters to the drink.
