Add Cream and Cheese
Once the grits are cooked, stir in the heavy cream, butter, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until creamy and smooth. Keep warm.
Cooking the Shrimp and Sausage

Sauté the Sausage and Onions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Andouille sausage and diced Vidalia onion. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the onion is translucent and the sausage is browned.

Add Garlic and Seasoning
Stir in minced garlic and cajun seasoning; cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet along with chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serving

Plate the Dish
To serve, place a generous scoop of creamy grits on each plate and top with the BBQ shrimp and sausage mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions.
