Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patty

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Place the pepper jack cheese on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Cook the Egg

In a small skillet, crack the egg and cook it sunny-side up until the white is set but the yolk remains runny.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the crunchy peanut butter on the bottom half of the burger bun. Place the grilled beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon, pickles, and the sunny-side up egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Nutty Pig burger!
