Prepare the Macaroni Patty
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, all five cheeses, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

Form and Bread the Patties
Form the mixture into patties (about 1 inch thick). Coat each patty in bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Fry the Patties
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the patties in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Burger
Grill the burger patties to your liking. Top each burger with a fried macaroni patty, crispy bacon, and a slice of cheddar cheese.

Add the Finishing Touches
Drizzle spicy mustard over the top and serve immediately.
