Dumplings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Assemble the Dumplings
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to create a half-moon shape, and press the edges to seal. Repeat until all filling is used.
- 3
Fry the Dumplings
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the dumplings in batches, frying until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
