Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Cook the Burger Patties
In the same skillet, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until reaching your desired doneness.

Add Cheese and Bacon
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each burger patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese. Add the crispy bacon on top of the melted cheese.

Prepare Buffalo Bleu Cheese Butter
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of butter with 1 tablespoon of buffalo sauce and 1 tablespoon of crumbled bleu cheese. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns if desired. Place the burger patties with melted cheese and bacon on the bottom half of the buns. Top with Buffalo bleu cheese butter and cover with the top half of the buns.
