Method
Deviled Eggs Preparation
Cool and Peel
Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cool, gently tap each egg on a hard surface and peel off the shell.
Prepare the Filling
Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Fill the Egg Whites
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites.
