Method

Prepare the Ingredients

1

Cook the Steak

Season the flat iron steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear on medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

2

Cook the Shrimp

In a separate skillet, toss the shrimp with chili lime seasoning and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

3

Prepare the Rice and Beans

Heat the red Mexican rice and black beans together in a saucepan until warm.

Assemble the Burrito

4

Layer the Ingredients

On a large tortilla, layer a portion of red Mexican rice, black beans, sliced steak, chili lime shrimp, and cheese sauce. Crush the Flaming Hot Cheetos and sprinkle them on top.

5

Wrap the Burrito

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the filling.

Serve

6

Slice and Serve

Cut the burrito in half and serve immediately with extra cheese sauce or your favorite hot sauce on the side.
