Cooking Instructions

1

Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

2

Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

3

Deglaze with Beer

Pour in the Mexican dark beer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

4

Add Bisque

Stir in the shrimp bisque and lime juice, cooking until everything is heated through, about 2 minutes.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in chopped cilantro, and serve immediately in bowls.
