Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Deglaze with Beer
Pour in the Mexican dark beer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add Bisque
Stir in the shrimp bisque and lime juice, cooking until everything is heated through, about 2 minutes.
