Crepes

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Crepe Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

Slice the bananas and strawberries. Prepare the chocolate sauce by melting chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Crepes

Place each crepe on a plate, fill with sliced bananas and strawberries, and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Fold or roll the crepes and serve immediately.
